International B2B Development Manager

Basque Coast | Permanent Contract | Full-time
Travel: occasional (trade shows + key meetings)

The role

Reporting directly to Management, you will lead the international wholesale strategy and its execution, working closely with our sales agents. You will also oversee B2B operational coordination by managing two Sales Administration (ADV) team members, ensuring an outstanding experience for our partners from showroom to delivery.

International strategy & development

Define priority countries and segments, as well as the expansion plan.
Open and grow strategic accounts such as premium multi-brand retailers, concept stores, department stores, and selective e-tailers.
Ensure brand-consistent distribution by respecting selectivity, positioning, and commercial policy.

Sales agent network management

Lead and challenge sales agents through goal setting, pipeline tracking, action plans, and reporting.
Structure commercial standards including sales tools, terms & conditions, and follow-up routines.
Ensure consistency in messaging and execution across all regions.

Differentiated kids / women approach

Build distinct commercial strategies by category, both in assortments and in messaging and distribution.
For the kids segment: performance management, highlighting best-sellers, replenishment management, and network efficiency.
For the women’s segment: targeted development, collaboration with key influencers, and controlled, gradual growth.

Management of the 2 B2B Sales Administrators (ADV)

Manage, organize, and support the professional development of the two ADV team members.
Streamline the entire order-to-cash process, including orders, follow-up, invoicing, claims, and returns.
Implement simple processes and performance indicators.
Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure commitments are met.

Trade shows & showrooms

Prepare and lead key commercial moments such as Playtime, Who’s Next, and showrooms.
Occasional travel focused on these key events and selected strategic meetings.

Responsible growth & brand consistency

Drive development aligned with the brand’s commitments to quality, sustainability, and responsibility.
Collect and share market feedback to improve the offering and reduce overstock, errors, and returns.

Profile sought

Proven experience in international B2B development within the premium fashion or lifestyle sector.
Experience working with a network of sales agents and developing key accounts.
Ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution.
Management experience or a strong appetite for people management.
Strong organizational skills, service mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to prioritize.

Languages

Fluent English.
Spanish recommended.

Conditions & compensation

Position based on the Basque Coast.
Permanent contract.
Compensation based on experience, including a variable component linked to performance and execution quality.
