A playful and graphic documentary album to listen to and observe birds in the city!
Conceived at the time of the confinement when birds were able to reinvest cities and make themselves heard, I am a city bird proposes an original encounter made of listening and observation with about thirty birds present in the cities of France and Europe, at different times of the year. Each portrait presents the biography of a bird with humour and lightness, accompanied by anecdotes and various references.
A sound approach is proposed thanks to a graphic language invented by the author which allows to reproduce and , recognize the song of each bird. The book is also interspersed with several riddles and observation games, such as the difference between male and female birds.
