Once your package is returned we make sure that everything is in order before proceeding to the refund. The refund process takes 3 to 4 days. However if after 10 days you still have not received your refund we invite you to contact us at email@example.com.
The quality of our clothes is for us a central point and we work hard every season to offer you the best products, however it can happen in spite of our vigilance that a product reaches you with a defect. If this is the case we invite you to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach pictures so that we can find the best solution to your problem.
To exchange, we proceed by refund or voucher. You can return the item that does not correspond to you with your return voucher. As soon as we receive it, we will proceed to the refund. You can order the new product that suits you at any time.
The time limit for returning products is 14 days from the delivery of your order.
Please make sure that you keep the original packaging and label and that it is not damaged or stained.
If you want to return your order we invite you to go to your account in history and details of my order, click on details then tick the product you wish to return. Don't forget to specify the reason for the return so that we can help you as well as possible. Click on return the product and wait for us to send you the return form.
